VibeTools is an independent team of developers and small-business experts building free online tools for Russian entrepreneurs, sole proprietors (IP) and self-employed individuals (samozanyatyye). The Invoice & Act Generator is one of 11 tools in the portfolio.

How we work
Every tool passes three checks before publishing:
- Legal verification. All rates, formulas and thresholds are tied to specific provisions (law, article, FNS letter) with edition dates.
- Boundary testing. We test 3–5 edge cases: minimum, maximum, zero, limit overflow, regime change.
- 152-FZ compliance. No personal data ever leaves the browser — this is an architectural requirement, not an option.

- Zero-PII. Your details and amounts are processed in your browser only, nothing is sent to our servers.
