Terms of Use

1. Subject
These Terms govern the use of the Invoice & Act Generator service (at https://invoice.vibetool.ru/). By using the service, the user accepts these Terms in full.
2. Service description
The service provides a free online tool to generate a Russian invoice and work completion act in the user's browser. No registration is required; no details are collected on the server (see Privacy Policy).
3. Free of charge
The service is provided free and without warranty (AS IS). Use of the service does not create commercial obligations between the user and the administration.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is a technical tool for document generation. The user is solely responsible for:
- correctness of entered details (TIN, bank accounts, names);
- correct application of VAT rates in their tax situation;
- compliance of the generated document with counterparty and FNS requirements;
- storing and archiving documents for accounting purposes.
The administration is not liable for losses arising from use of generated documents, calculation errors, loss of localStorage data, or temporary service unavailability.
5. Intellectual property
The source code, design, and content of the service are owned by the administration. Documents generated by the user (with their own details) are the user's property and may be used freely.
6. Prohibited actions
Prohibited:
- automated scraping or parsing in violation of robots.txt;
- attempts to disrupt service availability, including DDoS attacks;
- using the service to generate knowingly fraudulent documents.
7. Changes
The administration may unilaterally change these Terms. The current revision is published on this page. The last-change date is shown at the top.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved under Russian law.
