Privacy Policy

1. General
This policy describes how the Invoice & Act Generator service (at https://invoice.vibetool.ru/) handles user information, in line with the Russian Federal Law №152-FZ «On Personal Data».
2. Zero-PII principle
The service is built on a Zero-PII architecture: personal data and document details are never transmitted to the server. All calculations and document generation happen in your browser via JavaScript.
- seller and buyer details, service amounts, document number and date never leave your device;
- the server delivers only static files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
- no forms are submitted via POST/GET — everything is local.
3. What is stored on your device
For convenience, the service saves the following in your browser's localStorage:
- seller details (name, TIN, bank, account, BIC, address);
- last used buyer details;
- current service rows and selected VAT mode.
This data is stored only on your device. You can delete it at any time via browser settings (clear site data) or via the "Clear rows" button in the form.
4. Cookies and analytics
The service uses session cookies and Yandex.Metrica — only after explicit consent (clicking "Accept" on the cookie banner).
- anonymized data is collected: page path, visit time, traffic source, device type;
- no financial details, names, or TINs are collected;
- IP-address transmission to Yandex.Metrica complies with Russian 152-FZ (data is hosted on Russian servers).
5. Data sharing with third parties
The service does not share user data with third parties, except for anonymized statistics sent to Yandex.Metrica.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- delete all local data via your browser settings;
- decline cookies by dismissing the banner or disabling cookies in your browser;
- request information about data we hold about you (answer: none — see section 2).
